At Every Blooming Thing Florist we pride ourselves on quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us.  It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to indoor & outdoor environments. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in conditions my result in their longevity being reduced. Please follow our care instructions to assist in prolonging their life. Each flower is unique and as a natural product will have variations and imperfections. Should the flowers you have ordered not be up to the expected standard we will replace your order free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours by email and we will organise a replacement delivery. You will need to include pictures and your order number. All refunds for orders placed online or over the phone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. 

Flower Care Instructions- To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. If you have a boxed arrangement please top up with water every two days. Flowers are sensitive to heat, it is best to keep them out of direct sunlight, drafts, heaters and fresh fruit.
