Shipping policy

We will do everything we can to ensure your order is safely delivered but we are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery or there is no safe access to the property. If the recipient is not home and we have safe access to the property we will leave the flowers at the front door.  For all deliveries that are not able to be delivered, the order will be returned to our shop for collection the next business day or a re-delivery attempt can be made the next business day but this will incur a new delivery fee. 

Changes in delivery information- If you need to change a delivery address please call us and leave a message or email us asap and we will change it as long as your order has not left the shop. For deliveries to hospitals and the recipient has gone home a re-delivery fee to their home can be arranged or alternatively the recipient can collect the next business day from our shop.
